For Exceptional Performance From The Inside Out

Non-flammable and water-soluble, ProLong is the tire conditioner of choice for OTR vehicle tires of all sizes, from those on semi fleets to multi-piece wheels. Dispersed into the interior cavity, it improves tire life substantially by inhibiting rust, sealing minor porosity in rims, and acting as a thermal coolant, all while maintaining better pliability of the casing and inner liner. It also lubricates the tire, making mounts and dismounts safer, faster, and easier for multi-piece wheels.

  • Designed to withstand extreme weather, and will stay fluid down to temperatures for -50° C
  • Casing life is extended by reducing rust, preserving retreadability, optimizing performance, and restricting air loss
  • Acts as a thermal coolant, ultimately boosting performance and extending the tire’s lifespan
  • Rust inhibitor components also reduce mounting/dismounting times, saving in labour costs and increasing safety

Installing ProLong Tire Conditioner

ProLong’s main purpose is to protect casings and rims, and it is most effective in tubeless tires. It is not a sealant. It must be applied in recommended volumes to provide stated effects and other benefits. ProLong will not corrode steel or aluminum wheels. For full details, see the downloadable safety sheet.

Graham’s Tire has been using ProLong Tire Conditioner for three years. After our previous preferred choice continually raised their prices, we decided to try ProLong. We have over 40 totes and have had great success!

Tire Protection Made Airtight

Protect the integrity of your tires with AirCare Tire Sealant, a non-corrosive solution that helps guard against unwelcome leaks. Introduced to the interior cavity of the tire, AirCare acts as a sealant for punctures up to 3/8” on the tire face, eliminates air loss from bead and rim leaks, improves balance and performance, and extends overall tire life – and it is all done with a quick and simple installation. Get better peace of mind with the durability and superiority of AirCare.

  • Reduces air and pressure loss associated with bead and rim leaks – meaning less downtime and more efficiency
  • Reduces air loss from punctures, porosity and venting
  • Results in more consistent tire pressure, leading to improved fuel economy and up to 30% longer tire life
  • Designed to withstand extreme weather, and will stay fluid down to temperatures for -40° C

After Installing AirCare Tire Sealant

Properly following instructions and recommended volumes will maximize results gained from the product. After a puncture, the fluid is carried to the air loss point and automatically hardens to form a plug; however, any puncturing objects should be located and removed as soon as possible. Sidewall punctures may not seal permanently due to flexion, and additional sealant may be required in some instances. This product is not designed for use in passenger or light truck applications with inner rib construction. For full details, see the downloadable safety sheet.

How much AirCare per tire?

Tire Conditioner is a key component of any OTR service program. We have utilized a variety of brands in the past, and have been servicing our customers with Prolong Conditioner from Seal Corp for the last 12 months. Working with a local Canadian-owned company allows us the flexibility to select from a variety of freezing points, in small or large batch quantities. The lead times and service has been excellent, and a great product at a great price.

  • Aircare Sealant

AirCare is installed into the interior of the tire via the valve stem.

First, remove the valve cap and the valve core. Then use the pump or dispenser to inject the AirCare solution through the valve stem. It is important to follow the given instructions to calculate the volume needed, as the size and application of the tire will dictate the appropriate amount to ensure proper protection.

Once the correct amount has been introduced to the tire, simply replace the valve core and reinflate the tire to its specifications (see the sidewall for recommended pressure). Once all tires are complete, the fluid will automatically distribute itself through the tire cavities as you drive, requiring no further action in order to be effective. In the event of a puncture, removal of the object and a closer inspection to ensure a proper seal is highly recommended, and more sealant may be required. Visit a tire specialist for a professional damage assessment.

  • Prolong Tire Conditioner

Like AirCare, ProLong is installed into the interior of the tire via the valve stem, or during the mounting process. It is most effective in tubeless tires. We recommend visiting a professional tire shop for multi-piece wheel installation.

First, remove the valve cap and the valve core. Then use the pump or dispenser to inject the ProLong solution through the valve stem.

ProLong is a passive agent, meaning that it continually affects the condition and performance of your tires and requires no further action on your part.
